R-Forge is a collaborative development platform for the R community, offering source‑code management tools, project web pages, mailing lists, and automated package building and checking across multiple operating systems.

This manual explains how to register a new account, join or create projects, configure SVN access (including SSH key setup) on Windows, Linux/Unix, and macOS, and develop and submit R packages. It also covers additional features such as project home pages, SCM options, and migrating existing CVS/SVN repositories. This manual is written in Chinese.
