LD-Ⅲ Load switch is specially designed for measuring elevator load and can provide light load, full load and overload three kinds of load switch signal for elevator control system.
The LD-III weight switch is designed to measure elevator load and provides three load signals – light, full and overload – as a common‑cathode switch output. It consists of a controller, a DS11-3 load sensor and a permanent‑magnet steel piece, featuring a non‑contact sensor and simple, flexible installation.
The manual describes how to install the switch at the bottom centre of the car, the required sensor‑magnet spacing, wiring connections for power and load signals, and adjustment procedures using the three trim resistors. Technical parameters such as supply voltage, drive current and dimensions are also listed. This manual is written in Chinese.

Connect red to V+ (DC12‑24V positive), black to V‑ (DC12‑24V negative), yellow to the overload output, and the remaining terminals to the light‑load, full‑load and empty‑load outputs respectively.
