The C&D A‑Series dual‑output DC/DC converters provide 15‑20 W of power in a compact 2" × 2" × 0.45" metal package. They offer three output voltage options (±5 V, ±12 V, ±15 V) and ultra‑wide input ranges tailored to each model (D5A, D12A, D48A). All devices are fully isolated with a 1500 Vdc rating and feature built‑in protection such as over‑voltage shutdown and reverse‑polarity protection.
The datasheet includes detailed performance tables, mechanical drawings, and application notes on filtering, output trimming, synchronization, and EMC compliance. C&D’s in‑house HALT testing and quality‑assurance processes ensure high reliability for high‑volume OEM applications in telecom, computer, and industrial markets.

The D12A models accept an input voltage of 9 V to 36 V.
All A‑Series converters are fully isolated with a 1500 Vdc rating.
The output voltage span can be trimmed ±5 % using an external trimpot connected to pin 8.
A square‑wave clock of about 185 kHz ±5 kHz should be applied to the control pin.
