This kit is used to quantitatively measure Salusin-β in mouse serum, plasma or other relevant biological fluids.
About this manual
The Salusin ELISA kit uses a coated 96‑well plate with purified Salusin‑B antibody, biotinylated detection antibody and HRP‑streptavidin. After incubation and washing, the TMB substrate produces a color change measured at 450 nm, which is proportional to the Salusin‑B concentration in the sample.
The procedure includes sample preparation, standard reconstitution, plate loading, incubation steps, washing, substrate development, and termination. Proper handling of reagents, timing of additions, and storage conditions are critical for accurate results. This manual is written in Chinese.
