This manual introduces the installation, commissioning and use of CEDES ESPROS/VOL occupancy sensor.
The ESPROS/VOL is an optical sensor system that measures the occupied floor area inside an elevator cabin. It captures a reference image, compares subsequent images, and generates relay outputs when the occupied area exceeds a set limit, helping to improve elevator efficiency.\n\nThe manual covers the device's interface connections, installation methods (top‑mounted ESPROS/VOL‑V or wall‑mounted ESPROS/VOL‑A), adjustment of three potentiometers and DIP switches, troubleshooting steps, technical specifications, and safety warnings. This manual is written in Chinese.
Use potentiometer P1 to set the limit value; turning it from 0 % to 100 % changes the threshold for relay output 1.
Set potentiometer P2 to the desired position; positions 1‑6 turn the buzzer on, while position 0 turns it off.
ESPROS/VOL‑V is mounted on the ceiling (top installation) and ESPROS/VOL‑A is mounted on a wall (wall installation).
