The MC0026 mouse anti‑Clenbuterol monoclonal antibody is generated against hydrochloride Clenbuterol‑BSA (CL‑BSA) conjugate. Four clones are available (4H8, 5A3, 1C6, 3G2) and the antibody type is not identified. Specificity is expressed by IC50 values of 2.28 ng/ml, 5.02 ng/ml, 6.82 ng/ml and 27.75 ng/ml, with cross‑reactivity to related β‑agonists below 0.5 %.
The antibody is purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, supplied as 1 ml of 0.01 M PBS pH 7.4, and should be stored at –20 °C. For frequent use, aliquot and avoid repeated freeze‑thaw cycles. It is suitable for ELISA and rapid diagnostic applications. This manual is written in Chinese.
