The USB5529 is a USB-bus data acquisition card described in this Chinese hardware manual, version 6.011. It plugs directly into a computer USB port and is intended for laboratory, product quality inspection, signal acquisition, process control and servo control systems.
The card provides 8 digital input channels (dry contact or wet contact, common anode) and 8 digital output channels using solid-state relay (AC SSR) output. The manual covers the component layout, the P1/P3 output and P2 input connectors, the DID1 physical ID DIP switch, DI and DO wiring, software and hardware installation, precautions and the two-year repair warranty. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Digital input type | Dry contact or wet contact (common anode) |
|---|---|
| Input high level | 15 V to +30 V |
| Input low level | 0 to +1 V |
| Isolation voltage | 3750 V |
| Digital output type | Solid-state relay (AC SSR) output |
| Contact rating | 100–240 Vac at 1 A |
| Onboard clock oscillator | 10 MHz |
| Board dimensions | 116 mm long x 98.7 mm wide x 17 mm high |
The input high level is 15 V to +30 V, the input low level is 0 to +1 V, and the isolation voltage is 3750 V.
It provides 8 channels of solid-state relay (AC SSR) output with a contact rating of 100–240 Vac at 1 A.
Use the DID1 DIP switch; each board's ID is set as a 4-bit binary value on the switch.
The board measures 116 mm long, 98.7 mm wide and 17 mm high.
