Tolonate® HDB 75 B is a fat polyisocyanate urea (HDI polymer) product used to prepare weather-resistant protective coatings. It does not contain aromatic solvents and has excellent solvent resistance, abrasion resistance, and chemical resistance.
Tolonate HDB 75 B is an HDI polymer (75 % solids) supplied as a solution in butyl acetate. It is a cross‑linking agent for carboxyl polymers such as polyester and polyacrylic polyols, enabling two‑component polyurethane coatings with high outdoor durability, mechanical strength, weather, abrasion and chemical resistance. The product is free of aromatic solvents and is intended for industrial maintenance and automotive repair protective coatings.
The coating is supplied in 215 kg metal drums (U.S.) or 860 kg pallets (four drums, France). It is moisture‑sensitive and must be stored in the original container or a dry nitrogen‑purged vessel at temperatures below 40 °C. Under these conditions the sealed package retains its properties for about two years. Safety data sheets provide further handling and transport guidance. This manual is written in Chinese.
