Tolonate HDB 75 B is an HDI polymer (75 % solids) supplied as a solution in butyl acetate. It is a cross‑linking agent for carboxyl polymers such as polyester and polyacrylic polyols, enabling two‑component polyurethane coatings with high outdoor durability, mechanical strength, weather, abrasion and chemical resistance. The product is free of aromatic solvents and is intended for industrial maintenance and automotive repair protective coatings.
The coating is supplied in 215 kg metal drums (U.S.) or 860 kg pallets (four drums, France). It is moisture‑sensitive and must be stored in the original container or a dry nitrogen‑purged vessel at temperatures below 40 °C.
