GP-QC01 flow switch is mainly used to measure the flow state of liquid in pipelines. It has the characteristics of compact design, exquisite appearance, dry contact output, rapid action, sensitive response, equipped with a flow direction plate and screw adjustment flow value.
About this manual
The GP‑QC01 flow switch is designed to measure the flow status of liquids such as water, ethylene, ethylene glycol, or any non‑corrosive medium to brass or phosphor bronze. It is typically used where interlock or flow‑cut protection is required, for example before and after chillers or boilers.
Key features include a compact design, dry‑contact SPDT output, interchangeable flow‑direction plates, and a screw‑adjustable flow setting. Installation must be on a straight pipe section with at least five pipe diameters of straight run on each side, terminals positioned for easy wiring, and avoidance of water‑hammer conditions. A wiring diagram is provided. This manual is written in Chinese.
