This is a manual for RNA-direct TM SYBR ® Green Realtime PCR Master Mix
The RNA‑direct SYBR Green Realtime PCR Master Mix (code QRT‑201) is a one‑step qPCR kit that combines reverse transcription and PCR in a single reaction. It contains a 2× reaction mix with buffer, dNTPs, rTth DNA polymerase, antibody, passive reference dye and SYBR Green for quantitative detection.
The manual provides product composition, required reagents and equipment, detailed preparation steps, thermal cycling conditions for several instrument platforms, and troubleshooting guidance. Storage and handling recommendations are also included. This manual is written in Chinese.

The kit can be used with LineGene (BloFlux), LightCycler (Roche) and ABI PRISM (Applied Biosystems) instruments.
Store the master mix at –20 °C and avoid repeated freeze‑thaw cycles.
For total RNA, use up to 500 ng per 10 µL reaction; for poly(A) RNA, up to 100 ng.
