The LT119A/LT319A LM119/LM319 is a low input offset voltage, input protection diodes, single 5V supply, 25mA drive capability, 80ns response time dual comparator.

The LT3150 is a fast transient response, low input voltage, very low dropout linear regulator controller. It is suitable for applications such as microprocessors, ASICs, and I/O supplies, logic termination supplies, etc. Its transient response is optimized with ceramic output capacitors and has a very low dropout voltage. By selecting the N-channel MOSFET RDS(ON), dropout voltages below 300mV can be achieved for low VIN to low VOUT applications. The LT3150 also includes a fixed frequency boost converter that generates gate drive for the N-channel MOSFET. The internally compensated current mode PWM architecture combined with the 1.4MHz switching frequency allows the use of tiny, low-cost capacitors and inductors. The LT3150 features a multifunction LDO shutdown pin with latchoff. The fixed frequency 1.4MHz boost converter generates MOSFET gate drive. The independent boost converter shutdown control permits LDO output voltage supply sequencing. The LT3150 is available in a 16-lead SSOP package.

The LT3024 is a dual, micropower, low noise, low dropout regulator with features including low noise, low quiescent current, wide input voltage range, adjustable output voltage, and various protection functions.

The LT3023 is a low noise, low power, dual channel, low dropout regulator with 20µVRMS output noise, 20µA quiescent current, 1.8V to 20V input voltage range, 100mA output current, 300mV dropout voltage, 1.22V to 20V adjustable output voltage.

The LT3021 is a low dropout voltage linear regulator that operates from input supplies down to 0.9V. It supplies 500mA of output current with a typical dropout voltage of 160mV. The LT3021 is ideal for low input voltage to low output voltage applications, providing comparable electrical efficiency to that of a switching regulator.

This document introduces the LT ®3028 3028f dual 100mA/500mA low dropout, low noise, micropower regulator with independent inputs. With an external 0.01μF bypass capacitor, output noise is a low 20μVRMS over a 10Hz to 100kHz bandwidth. Designed for use in battery-powered systems, the low 30μA quiescent current per output makes it an ideal choice. In shutdown, quiescent current drops to less than 0.1μA. Shutdown control is independent for each output, allowing for flexibility in power management. The device is capable of operating over an input voltage range of 1.8V to 20V. Output 1 can supply 500mA of output current with a dropout voltage of 320mV. The device can supply 100mA of output current from Output 2 with a dropout voltage of 300mV. Quiescent current is well controlled in dropout. The LT3028 regulator is stable over a 1.22V to 20V output voltage range with as little as 1µF/3.3µF output capacitor and with aluminum, tantalum, or ceramic capacitors. The device is reverse-battery protected, does not require protection diodes, and offers overcurrent and overtemperature protection. It also features tracking/sequencing capability. The LT3028 is available in thermally enhanced 16-Lead TSSOP and 16-Lead (5mm × 3mm) DFN packages.

The LTC3409 3409f is a high efficiency, monolithic synchronous buck regulator using a constant frequency, current mode architecture. It features 600mA output current, 1.6V to 5.5V input voltage range, 1.7MHz or 2.6MHz selectable frequency, low static current, low dropout, etc.

The LT ®3020 is a very low dropout voltage (VLDO TM) linear regulator that operates from input supplies down to 0.9V. This device supplies 100mA of output current with a typical dropout voltage of 150mV. The LT3020 is ideal for low input voltage to low output voltage applications, providing comparable electrical efficiency to that of a switching regulator. The LT3020 regulator optimizes stability and transient response with low ESR, ceramic output capacitors as small as 2.2µF. Other LT3020 features include 0% typical line regulation accuracy, 100mA of output current, and a 150mV typical dropout voltage.
