The AN8021S is a switching power supply control IC that controls the power supply from the primary side. It is optimal for relatively small switching power supplies. All rarely used functions have been removed from the AN8021S and as a result it is an extremely easy-to-use compact device. Furthermore, internal settings are implemented as many as we can, cost cut is possible with reduced external parts.

The document describes the features and characteristics of a high voltage power Schottky rectifier, including high junction temperature capability, good trade-off between leakage current and forward voltage drop, low leakage current, and specified avalanche capability.

AN8021L and AN8021SB are ICs suitable for controlling the switching power supply using primary side control method. Those are most suited for a switching power supply of relatively small capacity. Less frequently used func- tions are removed and only the necessary minimum func- tions are incorporated, so that they are compact and very easy to use. Moreover, the internal settings are incorporated as much as possible, thus cost down can be realized by de- creasing the peripheral parts.

The STTH506 is a 600V ultrafast high voltage rectifier with ultrafast switching, low reverse current, low thermal resistance, and reduced conduction and switching losses

The ST70136 ADSL Analog Front End (AFE) chip implements the analog transceiver functions required in a Customer Premise ADSL modem. It connects the digital modem chip with the loop driver and hybrid balance circuits. The AFE has been designed with high dynamic range in order to greatly reduce the external filtering requirements at the front end. The AFE chip and its companion digital chip along with a loop driver, implement the complete G.992.2 and G.992.1 DMT modem solution.

This document describes the hardware and software features of the ST70137 chip, which supports digital signal processing requirements. It is compliant with ITU 992.1 Annex A and B, ITU 992.2, and ANSI T1.413 standards. It provides PCI and USB interfaces and is suitable for ADSL CPE modems.
