The R3111x series are CMOS-based voltage detector ICs with high detector threshold accuracy and ultra-low supply current, which can be operated at an extremely low voltage and is used for system reset as an example. Each of these ICs consists of a voltage reference unit, a comparator, resistors for detector threshold setting, an output driver and a hysteresis circuit. The detector threshold is fixed with high accuracy internally and does not require any adjustment. Three output types, Nch open drain “L” type, Nch open drain “H” type and CMOS type are available. The R3111x Series are operable at a lower voltage than that for the Rx5VL series, and can be driven by a single battery. Seven types of packages, TO-92 (Discontinued), SOT-89, SOT-23-3, SOT-23-5, SC-82AB, SC-88A and SON1612-6 are available.

R3134x Series are CMOS-based voltage detector ICs with built-in delay circuit, high detector threshold accuracy, and ultra low supply current, which can operate at low voltage. These ICs can be used as system reset generators, and each of these ICs consists of a voltage reference, a comparator, resistors for setting voltage detector threshold, an output driver transistor, manual reset circuit, and an output delay generator.

R3132x/R3133x Series are CMOS-based low voltage detector ICs with built-in delay circuit, high detector threshold accuracy, and ultra low supply current, which can operate at low voltage.

The R5108G series are CMOS-based microprocessor supervisory circuits, or high accuracy and ultra low supply current voltage detectors with built-in delay circuit and watchdog timer. When the SENSE voltage is down across the threshold, or the watchdog timer does not detect the system clock from the microprocessor, the reset output is generated. The voltage detector circuit is used for the system reset, etc. The detector threshold is fixed internally, and the accuracy is ±1.0%. The released delay time (Power-on Reset Delay) circuit is built-in, and output delay time is adjustable with an external capacitor, and the accuracy is ±16%∗. When the SENSE voltage becomes the released voltage, the reset state will be maintained during the delay time. The output type of the reset is selectable, Nch open-drain, or CMOS. The time out period of the watchdog timer can be also set with an external capacitor, and the accuracy is ±33%∗. There is a function to stop supervising clock by the watchdog timer (INH function). A necessary voltage source can be supervised with SENSE pin. There are another 4 products by the difference of packages and the function of voltage detector and watchdog timer. The package of R5108G is SSOP-8G.

The R5109G Series is a CMOS-based microprocessor supervisory circuit with high accuracy and ultra low supply current voltage detector. It has a built-in delay circuit and watchdog timer. The reset output is generated when the supply voltage is below the threshold or the watchdog timer does not detect the system clock from the microprocessor.

The R5107G Series is a CMOS-based microprocessor supervisory circuit with high accuracy and ultra low supply current voltage detector, built-in delay circuit, and watchdog timer. It generates a reset output when the supply voltage drops below the threshold or the watchdog timer fails to detect the system clock from the microprocessor.

The R3116x series is a CMOS-based voltage detector IC with high detector threshold accuracy and ultra-low supply current. It can operate at an extremely low voltage and is used for system reset. Each IC in the series consists of a voltage reference unit, a comparator, resistors for detector threshold setting, an output driver, a hysteresis circuit, and an output delay circuit. The detector threshold is internally fixed with high accuracy and does not require any adjustment. Two output types, Nch open drain type and CMOS type, are available. Three types of packages, SOT-23-5, small SC-82AB, SC-88A and ultra-small SON1612-6 can be selected so that high density mounting on boards is possible.
