The R1141Q Series is a series of CMOS-based voltage regulator ICs with high output voltage accuracy, low supply current, low ON-resistance, and high ripple rejection. Each IC in the series consists of a voltage reference unit, an error amplifier, resistors for setting the output voltage, a current limit circuit, and a chip enable circuit. The series includes an embedded output current limit circuit to prevent IC breakdown caused by excessive current. The chip enable circuit enables standby mode and reduces consumption current to an extremely low level. These ICs have low dropout voltage and a chip enable function. The R1141Q Series exhibits excellent line transient response and load transient response, making them highly suitable for power supply applications in handheld communication equipment. The output voltage of these ICs is internally fixed with high accuracy. The ICs are packaged in SC-82AB (Super Mini-mold) package, allowing for high-density mounting on boards.
