The VN5E050MJ-E is a single channel high-side driver manufactured in the ST proprietary VIPower™ M0-5 technology and housed in the tiny PowerSSO-12 package. The VN5E050MJ-E is designed to drive 12 V automotive grounded loads delivering protection, diagnostics and easy 3 V and 5 V CMOS compatible interface with any microcontroller.

The VN750SMP-E is a high side driver with ECOPACK®, automotive grade, CMOS compatible input, on-state open-load detection, off-state open-load detection, shorted load protection, undervoltage and overvoltage shutdown, protection against loss of ground, very low standby current, reverse battery protection (see Application schematic on page 16)

The VN750PS-E is a monolithic device designed in STMicroelectronics™ VIPower™ M0-3 Technology intended for driving any kind of load with one side connected to ground. Active VCC pin voltage clamp protects the device against low energy spikes (see ISO7637 transient compatibility table). Active current limitation combined with thermal shutdown and automatic restart help protect the device against overload. The device detects open load condition in on and off-state. Output shorted to VCC is detected in the off-state. Device automatically turns off in case of ground pin disconnection.

The L5962 is a very versatile device exploiting BCD technology characteristics to provide a complete set of regulated voltages covering all the needs of a car-radio set. In standby condition the device guarantees extremely low quiescent current (-40 °C < T < 85 °C) and minimum operating voltage (4.5 V using the internal low voltage start-up circuit), making it the ideal choice for car radio applications.

The L4949ED-E and L4949EP-E are monolithic integrated 5V voltage regulators with a very low dropout output and additional functions as power-on reset and input voltage sense. They are designed for supplying the microcomputer controlled systems especially in automotive applications.

The VNH5180A-E is a full bridge motor driver intended for a wide range of automotive applications. The device incorporates a dual monolithic high-side driver and two low-side switches. It has an output current of 8A and features various protection functions and low standby power consumption.

The L4938ED, L4938EPD are monolithic integrated dual voltage regulators with two very low dropout outputs and additional functions such as power-on reset and input voltage sense. They are designed for supplying microcomputer controlled systems especially in automotive applications.

The devices are designed for automotive applications, with features including very low standby current, 3.0 V CMOS compatible inputs, optimized electromagnetic emissions, very low electromagnetic susceptibility, compliance with European directive 2002/95/EC, and very low current sense leakage.

The VNQ5E250AJ-E is a quad channel high-side driver with analog current sense for automotive applications. It features general inrush current active management by power limitation, very low standby current, 3.0V CMOS compatible inputs, optimized electromagnetic emissions, very low electromagnetic susceptibility, and compliance with European directive 2002/95/EC.

VND5E006ASP-E is a double channel high-side driver with analog current sense for automotive applications. It features low standby current, optimized electromagnetic emissions, and low electromagnetic susceptibility. The driver also has diagnostic functions and protection functions, including load current sense, overload and short circuit indication, thermal shutdown, etc. In addition, it has protection functions such as undervoltage shutdown, overvoltage clamp, self limiting of fast thermal transients, reverse battery protection, etc.

The VNQ810P-E is a quad channel high-side driver with features such as very low standby current, CMOS compatible input, thermal shutdown protection, and diagnosis.
