The TD310 is a driver designed to drive one, two or three power IGBT/MOS and pulse transformer. It includes a current sense comparator which can disable the output drivers in case of overcurrent and signal the event to a controller through an alarm output. Additionally, the TD310 includes an uncommitted op-amp which can be used for current measurement or other general purposes. Programmable undervoltage lockout and standby mode make the TD310 suitable for various environments and applications.

The L6370 is an industrial intelligent power switch with features including 2.5A output current, 9.5V to 35V supply voltage range, internal current limiting, thermal shutdown, open ground protection, etc.

The L6376 is a monolithic quad intelligent power switch with four independent outputs and a current limit of 0.5A. It is built using multipower BCD technology and is designed for driving inductive, capacitive, or resistive loads. ULQ2001/ULQ2003/ULQ2004 are high voltage, high current Darlington arrays, each containing 7 open collector Darlington pairs with common emitters. Each channel is rated at 500 mA and can withstand peak currents of 600 mA. This document describes the features and characteristics of the ULN2065B, ULN2067B, ULN2069B, and ULN2075B quad Darlington switches, revised in January 2009. These switches are designed to interface logic to high current, high voltage loads. Each Darlington switch can deliver up to 1.5 A, with a minimum breakdown voltage of 80 V and a sustaining voltage of at least 35 V. The ULN2067B and ULN2069B models have integral suppression diodes for inductive loads and common emitters. The ULN2075B features an isolated Darlington pinout and is suitable for emitter follower configurations. The inputs of ULN2065B, ULN2069B, and ULN2075B are compatible with popular 5 V logic families, while the ULN2067B is compatible with 6-15 V CMOS and PMOS. The ULN2069B model includes a pre-driver stage to reduce loading on the control logic.

TDE1798 is a high-output-current intelligent power switch. The output current can reach 500mA and can be short-circuit protected with a VCC of up to 35V. It also has internal thermal protection, external reset and synchronization capabilities. Open ground protection, output voltage can be lower than ground for fast inductive load demagnetization. Differential inputs for any logic system compatibility. Input voltage can be higher than VCC. Large supply voltage range from 6V to 35V. No need for external clamping diodes for demagnetization energy up to 150mJ. Several devices can be connected in parallel.

The TDE1737 is a monolithic amplifier designed for high current and high voltage applications, specifically to drive lamps, relays and control of stepper motors. This device features high output current, adjustable short-circuit protection, thermal protection with hysteresis to avoid intermediate output levels, and a large supply voltage range: +8V to +45V.

The L295 is a monolithic integrated circuit with high current capability, high voltage operation, high efficiency switchmode operation, regulated output current, few external components, separate logic supply, and thermal protection. It is suitable for applications such as driving solenoids.
