The BD8179MUV is a system power supply IC for TFT panels. It is a 1-chip IC that provides the three voltages required for TFT panels: source voltage, gate high-level voltage, and gate low-level voltage, thus constructing a TFT panel power supply with minimal components required.

BD82000FVJ, BD82001FVJ are ROHM's single channel high side switch ICs for USB devices and memory cards, used in the power supply line of universal serial bus (USB), with over-current protection.

BD8312HFN is a high-efficiency step-down switching regulator with built-in power MOSFET from ROHM Co., Ltd. It supports output voltages of 1.2V, 1.8V, 3.3V, and 5V, with a maximum output current of 1.5A. The device operates at 1.5MHz, and its external inductor and capacitor can be downsized. It also features a built-in synchronous rectifier switch with a 15V rating, as well as a flexible phase compensation system. BD8312HFN is suitable for portable devices powered by 4 dry batteries or Li2cell and Li3cell batteries, as well as consumer devices with 5V/12V power supplies.

BD2062FJ,BD2066FJ is a high side switch IC with over-current protection from ROHM for use in the power supply line of universal serial bus (USB). It has two channels of N-channel power MOSFET, and over-current detection circuit, thermal shutdown circuit, under-voltage lockout and soft-start circuit are built in.

BD2045AFJ and BD2055AFJ are ROHM's high side switch ICs for USB devices and memory cards. They feature over current protection, soft start, reverse-current protection when power switch off, etc.

The BD2061AFJ and BD2065AFJ are single channel high side switch ICs used for the bus power line of the USB port. These ICs realize low on resistance and low supply current N-channel power MOSFET, and built-in over current detection, thermal shutdown, under voltage lockout and soft start circuits.

BA3662CP-V5 is a low-saturation regulator. The output voltage can be arbitrarily configured using the external resistance. This IC has a built-in over-current protection circuit that prevents the destruction of the IC due to output short circuits and a thermal shutdown circuit that protects the IC from thermal damage due to overloading.

BD2041AFJ/BD2051AFJ is a single channel high side switch IC for USB port. It is a high side switch with over current protection used in power supply line of universal serial bus (USB). N-channel power MOSFET of low on resistance and low supply current are realized in this IC. And, over current detection circuit, thermal shutdown circuit, under voltage lockout and soft start circuit are built in.

BD2224G and BD2225G are low on-resistance N-channel MOSFET high-side power switches, optimized for Universal Serial Bus (USB) applications.

BD2226G and BD2227G are low on-resistance N-channel MOSFET high-side power switches, optimized for Universal Serial Bus (USB) applications.
