BD9207FPS is a ROHM LED driver with a built-in Pch switching MOSFET and a maximum switching current of 1.5A

The product is ROHM's BU9795AKV/FV/GUW, BU9794AKV, BU97950FUV/KS2 series standard segment driver, which has ultra-low power consumption, no external components, and only driver function.

BU97930MUV is a multifunction LCD segment driver from ROHM. It can drive up to 108 segments (SEG27×COM4). The chip integrates display data RAM (DDRAM), LCD drive output, LED driver circuit, support PWM output, standby mode, power reset, oscillator and etc.

BU21008MUV is a capacitive sensor controller with 16 channels. Half of the sensor ports can be used for LED drivers with PWM function. PWM function can control ambient light. It also has gesture function to recognize short touch, long touch, and finger motion.

BU21009MUV is a capacitive sensor controller for switch function and slider function with 16 channels sensors. All channels are calibrated for slider functions. LED driver is available (No PWM function).

BU21010MUV is a capacitive sensor controller with 8 channels, half of the sensor ports are available for LED driver. It also has gesture function to recognize short touch, long touch and finger motion.

BU21023GUL, BU21023MUV, BU21024FV-M are 4-wire resistive touch screen controller ICs produced by ROHM. They support dual-touch detection and gesture recognition. These intelligent controllers expose a set of registers to a host processor and are software configurable. The controllers can detect single point coordinates, dual coordinates, pinch, spread, rotate left and rotate right gestures, enabling pan and zoom operations in applications that previously had to rely exclusively on capacitive touch technology. Resistive touch does not require custom panel development which reduces development cost and results in faster time to market across a family of products.
