BD3533HFN is a push-pull termination power supply IC in the BD series, which integrates a push-pull termination power supply circuit and a reference voltage circuit, and is compatible with dual channels (DDR-Ⅱ).

This document introduces a high-performance regulator IC series for DDR-SDRAM, which has current capabilities of 1A, 1.5A, and 3A. It functions as a linear power supply and offers excellent transient response and output voltage accuracy.

The BD35281HFN is an ideal choice for low input voltage to low output voltage applications, and offers high conversion efficiency, which can reduce the size and cost of the power supply line.

The BD357XFP/HFP series regulators feature a high 50V withstand-voltage and are suitable for use with onboard vehicle microcontrollers. BU□□TD2WNVX series is a high-performance FULL CMOS regulator with 200mA output, which is mounted on micro miniature package SSON004X1010. Despite its low circuit current consumption of 35µA, it has excellent noise characteristics and load responsiveness characteristics. It is most appropriate for various applications such as power supplies for logic IC, RF, and camera modules.

BUTD3WG series is a high-performance FULL CMOS regulator with an output of 200 mA, which is mounted on a versatile SSOP5 (2.9 mm  2.8 mm  1.25 mm) package. It has excellent noise characteristics and load responsiveness characteristics despite its low circuit current consumption of 35A. It is most appropriate for various applications such as power supplies for logic IC, RF, and camera modules.

BU6650NUX, BU6651NUX, BU6652NUX, BU6653NUX, BU6654NUX, BU6655NUX are high-performance 3ch FULL CMOS regulators with 200-mA outputs, which is mounted on small package VSON008X2030(2.0 mm  3.0 mm  0.6 mm). It has excellent noise characteristics and load responsiveness characteristics despite its low circuit current consumption of 120 A. It is most appropriate for various applications such as power supplies for logic IC, RF, and camera modules.

The BU9006GUZ is a synchronous rectifier step-down DC-DC converter with an input voltage range of 2.5V~4.5V, an output voltage range of 0.95V~4.5V (REF input voltage range of 0.5V~VIN), current mode control, an integrated output FET synchronous rectifier step-down DC-DC converter, a switching frequency of 2.0MHz typical, a maximum output current of 750mA (switching regulator part) and 1200mA (bypass switch part), and a PchFET on resistance at bypass mode of (70mohm) typical. The package size is 1.6mm x 1.6mm, t=0.4mm MAX, WLCSP.

BD9533EKN is a switching regulator controller with high output current which can achieve low output voltage (0.7V to 2.0V) from a wide input voltage range (4.5V to 28V). High efficiency for the switching regulator can be realized by utilizing an external N-MOSFET power transistor. A new technology called H3RegTM is a Rohm proprietary control method to realize ultra high transient response against load change. SLLM (Simple Light Load Mode) technology is also integrated to improve efficiency in light load mode, providing high efficiency over a wide load range. For protection and ease of use, the soft start function, variable frequency function, short circuit protection function with timer latch, over voltage protection function and REF synchronous function are all built in. This switching regulator is specially designed for the DDR-SDRAM core.
