The NCV4275 is a 5.0 V low-dropout voltage regulator that can drive loads up to 450mA at 5.0 V. It is available in DPAK and D2PAK packages. This device is pin-for-pin compatible with Infineon's part number TLE4275.

The NCV4269 is a 5.0V precision micropower voltage regulator with an output current capability of 150mA. The output voltage is accurate within ±2.0% with a maximum dropout voltage of 0.5V at 100mA. The MC1455 is a highly stable timing circuit capable of producing accurate time delays or oscillation. It has additional terminals for triggering or resetting if desired.
