  • ON NCV8501 Series Micropower 150 mA LDO Linear Regulators with ENABLE DELAY RESET Monitor FLAG datasheet(1)

NCV8501 is a family of precision micropower voltage regulators. Their output current capability is 150 mA. The family has output voltage options for adjustable, 2.5 V, 3.3 V, 5.0 V, 8.0 V, and 10 V. The output voltage is accurate within ±2.0% with a maximum dropout voltage of 0.6 V at 150 mA. Low quiescent current is a feature drawing only 90 A with a 100 A load. This part is ideal for any and all battery operated microprocessor equipment. Microprocessor control logic includes an active RESET (with DELAY), and a FLAG monitor which can be used to provide an early warning signal to the microprocessor of a potential impending RESET signal. The use of the FLAG monitor allows the microprocessor to finish any signal processing before the RESET shuts the microprocessor down. The active RESET circuit operates correctly at an output voltage as low as 1.0 V. The RESET function is activated during the power up sequence or during normal operation if the output voltage drops outside the regulation limits. The regulator is protected against reverse battery, short circuit, and thermal overload conditions. The device can withstand load dump transients making it suitable for use in automotive environments. The device has also been optimized for EMC conditions. Features • Output

  • ON Semiconductor NCV7601 handbook

The NCV7601 is a quad driver from ONSEMI. It is suitable for a variety of loads. The device supports TTL/DTL/CMOS compatible inputs, features NAND logic and common enable, has a maximum working voltage of 60V, and typical applications include body and drivetrain electronics, incandescent lamps/LED loads, solenoid/relay/inductor loads, heater/resistor loads, stepper/DC motor loads.

  • ON NCV7510 FlexMOS Programmable Peak Hold PWM MOSFET Predriver handbook

The NCV7510 is a fully programmable high side MOSFET predriver designed for driving solenoids or other unipolar actuators. The product is optimized for common-rail diesel fuel injection applications and includes an additional synchronous clamp MOSFET predriver. Peak and hold currents, peak dwell time, and other features can be programmed via the device's SPI port. The load current is continuously sampled and compared to the programmable 7-bit peak/hold DAC values, and the load self-modulates to maintain the desired currents at each of the peak and hold points. Passive fault diagnostics monitor and protect the MOSFETs when a fault is detected. Fault data is available via SPI, and an open-drain FAULT output provides immediate fault notification to a host controller.

  • ON NCV7380 Advance Information LIN Transceiver handbook

The NCV7380 is a physical layer device for a single wire data link capable of operating in applications where high data rate is not required and a lower data rate can achieve cost reductions in both the physical media components and in the microprocessor which uses the network. The NCV7380 is designed to work in systems developed for LIN 1.3 or LIN 2.0. The IC furthermore can be used in ISO9141 systems. Because of the very low current consumption of the NCV7380 in recessive state, it’s suitable for ECU applications with low standby current requirements, whereby no sleep/wake−up control from the microprocessor is necessary.
