  • ON Semiconductor 1SMB5913BT3 Series handbook

This is a document about 3 Watt Plastic Surface Mount Zener Voltage Regulators, which describes the features and characteristics of the product.

  • ON SEMICONDUCTOR MC74HC273A handbook

The MC74HC273A/D is an Onsemi high-performance silicon-gate CMOS octal D flip-flop with common clock and reset. Its pinout is identical to that of the LS273. The device inputs are compatible with standard CMOS outputs; with pullup resistors, they are compatible with LSTTL outputs. This device consists of eight D flip-flops with common Clock and Reset inputs. Each flip-flop is loaded with a low-to-high transition of the Clock input. Reset is asynchronous and active low.

  • ON SEMICONDUCTOR MC10EP52 MC100EP52 3.3V 5V ECL Differential Data Clock D Flip-Flop handbook

The MC10EP/100EP52 is a differential data, differential clock D flip-flop. The device is pin and functionally equivalent to the EL52 device. Data enters the master portion of the flip-flop when the clock is LOW and is transferred to the slave, and thus the outputs, upon a positive transition of the clock. The differential clock inputs of the EP52 allow the device to also be used as a negative edge triggered device. The EP52 employs input clamping circuitry so that under open input conditions (pulled down to VEE) the outputs of the device will remain stable. The 100 Series contains temperature compensation. Features: 330 ps Typical Propagation Delay, Maximum Frequency - 4 GHz Typical, PECL Mode: VCC = 3.0 V to 5.5 V with VEE = 0 V, NECL Mode: VCC = 0 V with VEE = -3.0 V to -5.5 V, Open Input Default State, Safety Clamp on Inputs, Q Output Will Default LOW with Inputs Open or at VEE, Pb-Free Packages are Available.

  • ON SEMICONDUCTOR MC10EP35 MC100EP35 3.3V 5V ECL JK Flip-Flop handbook

The MC10/100EP35 is a higher speed/low voltage version of the EL35 JK flip−flop. The J/K data enters the master portion of the flip−flop when the clock is LOW and is transferred to the slave, and thus the outputs, upon a positive transition of the clock. The reset pin is asynchronous and is activated with a logic HIGH. The 100 Series contains temperature compensation.

  • ON Semiconductor MC74AC74 MC74ACT74 handbook

MC74AC74/74ACT74 is a dual D-type flip-flop with Asynchronous Clear and Set inputs and complementary (Q,Q) outputs

  • ON Semiconductor MC74HCT273A handbook

  • ON Semiconductor MC10EL31 MC100EL31 Manual

    MC10EL31, MC100EL31 5 V ECL D Flip-Flop With Set and Reset

  • ON Semiconductor MC10EL51/MC100EL51 Manual

The MC10EL51 is a differential clock D flip-flop with reset. The device has higher performance capabilities compared to the E151, with significantly faster propagation delays and output transition times.

  • ON Semiconductor MC14027B Manual

MC14027B is a dual J-K edge-triggered flip-flop with independent J, K, Clock (C), Set (S) and Reset (R) inputs for each flip-flop. These devices may be used in control, register, or toggle functions.

  • ON Semiconductor MC14001B Series handbook

The MC14001B series is a CMOS gate circuit constructed with P and N channel enhancement mode devices. Its primary use is in applications where low power dissipation and/or high noise immunity is desired. The supply voltage range is 3.0 Vdc to 18 Vdc, and all outputs are buffered. It is capable of driving two low-power TTL loads or one low-power Schottky TTL load over the rated temperature range. The inputs have double diode protection, except for MC14011B and MC14081B which have triple diode protection.

  • ON SEMICONDUCTOR MC74HCT74A Manual

  • ON SEMICONDUCTOR MC34151 MC33151 handbook

This datasheet introduces the features and characteristics of MC34151/MC33151 high-speed dual MOSFET drivers, including low input current, CMOS and LSTTL compatible inputs, output rise and fall times, low standby current, and high-frequency operation.

  • ON Semiconductor MC74AC02 MC74ACT02 Manual

MC74AC02 and MC74ACT02 are quad 2-input NOR gates. They have 24mA output source/sink current and ′ACT02 has TTL compatible inputs. Pb-free packages are available.

  • ON SEMICONDUCTOR MC7800 MC7800A NCV7805 Manual

MC7800, MC7800A, NCV7805 1.0 A Positive Voltage Regulators are monolithic integrated circuits designed as fixed−voltage regulators for a wide variety of applications including local, on−card regulation. These regulators employ internal current limiting, thermal shutdown, and safe−area compensation. With adequate heatsinking they can deliver output currents in excess of 1.0 A. Although designed primarily as a fixed voltage regulator, these devices can be used with external components to obtain adjustable voltages and currents.

  • ON Semiconductor MC10EP89 Manual

The MC10EP89 is a differential fanout gate specifically designed to drive coaxial cables. The device is especially useful in digital video broadcasting applications; for this application, since the system is polarity free, each output can be used as an independent driver. The driver produces swings 70% larger than a standard ECL output. When driving a coaxial cable, proper termination is required at both ends of the line to minimize signal loss. The 1.6 (5V) and 1.4V (3.3V) swing allow for termination at both ends of the cable, while maintaining a 800mV (5V) and 700mV (3.3V) swing at the receiving end of the cable. Because of the larger output swings, the device cannot be terminated into the standard VCC–2.0V. All of the DC parameters are tested with a 50Ω to VCC–3.0V load. The driver accepts a standard differential ECL input and can run off of the digital video broadcast standard –5.0V supply.
