The DS90LV028A is a dual CMOS differential line receiver designed for applications requiring ultra low power dissipa- tion, low noise and high data rates. The device is designed to support data rates in excess of 400 Mbps (200 MHz) utilizing Low Voltage Differential Signaling (LVDS) technology. The DS90LV028A accepts low voltage (350 mV typical) dif- ferential input signals and translates them to 3V CMOS output levels. The receiver also supports open, shorted and terminated (100Ω) input fail-safe. The receiver output will be HIGH for all fail-safe conditions.

The ADC122S051 is a low-power, two-channel CMOS 12-bit analog-to-digital converter with a high-speed serial interface. It operates within a sample rate range of 200 kSPS to 500 kSPS. The converter utilizes a successive-approximation register architecture with an internal track-and-hold circuit. It can be configured to accept one or two input signals. The output serial data is straight binary and compatible with multiple standards such as SPI™, QSPI™, MICROWIRE, and common DSP serial interfaces. The ADC122S051 can be powered by a single supply ranging from +2.7V to +5.25V. Normal power consumption is 3.0 mW with a +3V supply or 10 mW with a +5V supply. The power-down feature reduces power consumption to just 0.14 µW with a +3V supply or 0.32 µW with a +5V supply. The ADC122S051 is packaged in an 8-lead MSOP package and operates over the industrial temperature range of -40˚C to +85˚C.

The LM4051 utilizes fuse and zener-zap trim of reference voltage during wafer sort to ensure that the prime parts have an accuracy of better than ±0.1% (A grade) at 25˚C.

The ADC102S101 is a low-power, two-channel CMOS 10-bit analog-to-digital converter from ADI that supports sample rates up to 1MSPS. The converter is based on a successive-approximation register architecture with an internal track-and-hold circuit. It can be configured to accept one or two input signals, respectively, at inputs IN1 and IN2. The output serial data is straight binary, and is compatible with several standards, such as SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE, and many common DSP serial interfaces. The ADC102S101 operates with a single supply that can range from +2.7V to +5.25V. Normal power consumption using a +3V or +5V supply is 3.9 mW and 11.4 mW, respec- tively. The power-down feature reduces the power consump- tion to just 0.12 µW using a +3.6V supply, or 0.47 µW using a +5.5V supply. The ADC102S101 is packaged in an 8-lead MSOP package. Operation over the industrial temperature range of −40˚C to +85˚C is guaranteed.

The LM7221 is a micropower CMOS comparator available in the space saving 5-Pin SOT23 package. This makes this comparator ideal for space and weight critical designs. The LMC7221 is also available in the 8-Pin SOIC package. The LMC7221 is supplied in two offset voltage grades, 5 mV and 15 mV. The open drain output can be pulled up with a resistor to a voltage which can be higher or lower than the supply voltage—this makes the part useful for mixed voltage sys- tems.
