The LM3089 FM Receiver IF System is a National Semiconductor Corporation product that provides all the major functions required for modern FM IF designs of automotive, high-fidelity and communications receivers.

LM3080 is a programmable operational transconductance amplifier produced by National Semiconductor, which has high input impedance, high gain, low power consumption, and can be used for various signal amplification, filtering, multiplication and other applications.

LM108A�LM208A�LM308A operational amplifiers

The LM107 series are complete general purpose operational amplifiers with the necessary frequency compensation built into the chip. They offer the features of the LM101A, providing better accuracy and lower noise. They are well suited for long interval integrators or timers, sample and hold circuits, and low frequency waveform generators. The LM107 series has lower offset voltage and drift.

The LM3075 is a current mode control, synchronous buck controller IC. Use of synchronous rectification and pulse- skipping operation at light load achieves high efficiency over a wide load range. Fixed frequency operation can be obtained by disabling the pulse-skipping mode. Current mode control assures excellent line and load regulation and a wide loop bandwidth for fast response to load transients. Current mode control can be achieved by either sensing across the high side NFET or a sense resistor. The switching frequency can be selected as either 200 kHz or 300 kHz from an internal clock. The LM3075 is available with an adjustable output in a TSSOP-20 package.

LM105/LM305/LM305A Voltage Regulators are improved versions of the LM100 with higher regulation accuracy and lower standby current drain. They can directly replace the LM100 in both linear and switching regulator circuits with output voltages greater than 4.5V.

LM3045 is a dual NPN transistor array from TI, which has excellent electrical and thermal matching characteristics and can be used in a variety of low power applications. LM3045 is available in a 14-lead dual in-line package and has a full military temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.

The LM104 series is a precision voltage regulator that can be programmed by an external resistor to supply any voltage from 40V down to zero. It provides 0.01% regulation and can be used as a linear regulator, switching regulator, or current regulator in various control applications.

LM101A/LM201A/LM301A operational amplifiers are general purpose operational amplifiers with high performance, high precision, low noise, low input current and low bias current.

The DS2003, DS9667, and DS2004 are comprised of seven high voltage, high current NPN Darlington transistor pairs. All units feature common emitter, open collector outputs. To maximize their effectiveness, these units contain suppression diodes for inductive loads and appropriate emitter base resistors for leakage. The DS2003, DS9667 has a series base resistor to each Darlington pair, thus allowing operation directly with TTL or CMOS operating at supply voltages of 5.0V. The DS2004 has an appropriate input resistor to allow direct operation from CMOS or PMOS outputs operating from supply voltages of 6.0V to 15V. The DS2003, DS9667, DS2004 offer solutions to a great many interface needs, including solenoids, relays, lamps, small motors, and LEDs. Applications requiring sink currents beyond the capability of a single output may be accommodated by paralleling the outputs.

The DAC1218 and DAC1219 are 12-bit binary 4-quadrant multiplying D to A converters. The linearity, differential non-linearity, and monotonicity specifications for these converters are all guaranteed over temperature. In addition, these parameters are specified with standard zero and full-scale adjustment procedures as opposed to the impractical best fit straight line guarantee. This level of precision is achieved though the use of an advanced silicon-chromium (SiCr) R-2R resistor ladder network. This type of thin-film resistor eliminates the parasitic diode problems associated with diffused resistors and allows the applied reference voltage to range from -25V to 25V, independent of the logic supply voltage. CMOS current switches and drive circuitry are used to achieve low power consumption (20 mW typical) and minimize output leakage current errors (10 nA maximum). Unique digital input circuitry maintains TTL compatible input threshold voltages over the full operating supply voltage range. The DAC1218 and DAC1219 are direct replacements for the AD7541 series, AD7521 series, and AD7531 series with a significant improvement in the linearity specification. In applications where direct interface of the D to A converter to a microprocessor bus is desirable, the DAC1208 and DAC1230 series eliminate the need for additional components.
