LINEAR LTC1863/LTC1867 handbook
The LTC1863/LTC1867 are 8-channel 12-/16-bit A/D converters with serial I/O and an internal reference. They are suitable for industrial process control, high-speed data acquisition, battery-operated systems, multiplexed data acquisition systems, imaging systems, and more. They have a sample rate of 200ksps, 16-bit no missing codes, ±2LSB max INL, an 8-channel multiplexer with single-ended or differential inputs and unipolar or bipolar conversion modes. They use SPI/MICROWIRE TM serial I/O, have a signal-to-noise ratio of 89dB, support single 5V operation, have an on-chip or external reference, low power consumption, and come in a 16-pin narrow SSOP package.

LINEAR LT1510/LT1510-5 handbook
LT1510/LT1510-5 is a simple and efficient solution for fast-charging modern rechargeable batteries including lithium-ion (Li-Ion), nickel-metal-hydride (NiMH)*, and nickel-cadmium (NiCd)* that require constant-current and/or constant-voltage charging. It features an internal switch capable of delivering 1.5A DC current (2A peak current). The charging current programming is simplified with a 0.1Ω onboard current sense resistor, requiring only one resistor or a programming current from a DAC to set the full charging current (1.5A) within 5% accuracy. With 0.5% reference voltage accuracy, the LT1510 meets the critical constant-voltage charging requirement for lithium cells. It can charge batteries ranging from 2V to 20V, and does not require ground sensing of current, allowing the battery's negative terminal to be tied directly to ground. The chip operates with a saturating switch running at 200kHz (500kHz for LT1510-5), providing high charging efficiency and small inductor size. A blocking diode is not needed between the chip and the battery as the chip goes into sleep mode and drains only 3µA when the wall adaptor is unplugged. Soft start and shutdown features are also included.

LINEAR SYSTEMS SD5000/5001/5400/5401 QUAD N-CHANNEL LATERAL DMOS SWITCH ZENER PROTECTED
The SD5000/5400 series of monolithic switches features four individual double-diffused enhancement-mode MOSFETs built on a common substrate. These bidirectional devices provide low on-resistance and low interelectrode capacitances to minimize insertion loss and crosstalk. Built on Siliconix’ proprietary DMOS process, the SD5000/5400 series utilizes lateral construction to achieve low capacitance and ultra-fast switching speeds. For manufacturing reliability, these devices feature poly-silicon gates protected by Zener diodes.
LINEAR LTC1391 Data Sheet
The LTC1391 is a high performance CMOS 8-to-1 analog multiplexer. It features a serial digital interface that allows several LTC1391s to be daisy-chained together, increasing the number of MUX channels available using a single digital port. The LTC1391 features a typical RON of 45Ω, a typical switch leakage of 50pA and guaranteed break-before-make operation. Charge injection is ±10pC maximum. All digital inputs are TTL and CMOS compatible when operated from single or dual supplies. The inputs can withstand 100mA fault current.
