The HCTS138MS is an Intersil radiation hardened 3-to-8 line decoder/demultiplexer. Outputs are active in the low state. Two active low and one active high enables (E1, E2, E3) are provided. If the device is enabled, the binary inputs (A0, A1, A2) determine which one of the eight normally high outputs will go to a low logic level. The HCTS138MS utilizes advanced CMOS/SOS technology to achieve high-speed operation. This device is a member of radiation hardened, high-speed, CMOS/SOS Logic Family. The HCTS138MS is supplied in a 16 lead Ceramic flatpack (K suffix) or a SBDIP Package (D suffix).

  • intersil HCS02MS handbook

HCS02MS is a radiation hardened quad 2-input NOR gate from Intersil Corporation. A low on both inputs forces the output to a High state. The HCS02MS utilizes advanced CMOS/SOS technology to achieve excellent radiation hardness and can operate in harsh environments such as high temperature, high voltage and strong electromagnetic fields.

  • intersil ISL8843 Data Sheet

The ISL8843 is an industry standard single-ended current mode PWM controller that can be used as a drop-in replacement for the popular 28C43 and 18C43 PWM controllers. It is suitable for a wide range of power conversion applications, including boost, flyback, and isolated output configurations. Its fast signal propagation and output switching characteristics make it an ideal product for existing and new designs.

  • intersil AD590 handbook

It is compatible with Bipolar 8288 and is compatible with 80C86/80C88, 80186/80188, 8086/8088, 8089. 82C88 provides three-state command outputs, has bipolar drive capability, uses scaled SAJI IV CMOS process, single 5V power supply, and low power operation.

  • intersil ISL6571 handbook

The ISL6571 is a MOSFET driver and synchronous half-bridge switch from Intersil that can implement synchronous rectifier buck switching regulators. The ISL6571 can replace two power MOSFETs, a Schottky diode, two gate drivers and synchronous control circuitry. ISL6571's main application ranges are high-density power conversion circuits, including multi-phase topology computer microprocessor core power regulators, ASIC and memory array regulators, etc. Another useful feature of the ISL6571 is the compatibility with three-state input control: if the input is open, the PWM input will turn off both output drives. The ISL6571 operates in continuous conduction mode to reduce EMI constraints and enable high bandwidth operation.

  • intersil ISL6406 ISL6426 handbook

The ISL6406, ISL6426 is an adjustable frequency, synchronous buck switching regulator optimized for generating lower voltages for the distributed DC-DC architectures. The ISL6406 offers an adjustable output voltage, while the ISL6426 provides a fixed 1.8V output. Designed to drive N-Channel MOSFETs in synchronous buck topology, the ISL6406, ISL6426 integrates the control, output adjustment and protection functions into a single package. The ISL6406, ISL6426 provides simple, single feedback loop, voltage-mode control with fast transient response. The output voltage can be precisely regulated to as low as 0.8V. The error amplifier features a 15MHz gain-bandwidth product and 6V/µs slew rate which enables high converter bandwidth for fast transient performance. Protection from overcurrent conditions is provided by monitoring the rDS(ON) of the upper MOSFET to inhibit PWM operation appropriately. This approach simplifies the implementation and improves efficiency by eliminating the need for a current sense resistor. The wide programmable switching frequency range of 100kHz to 700kHz allows the use of small surface mount inductors and capacitors. The device also provides external frequency synchronization making it an ideal choice for DC-DC converter applications.

  • intersil ISL6405 handbook

ISL6405 is a highly integrated voltage regulator and interface IC, specifically designed for supplying power and control signals from advanced satellite set-top box (STB) modules to the low noise blocks (LNBs) of two antenna ports. The device is comprised of two independent current-mode boost PWMs and two low-noise linear regulators along with the circuitry required for 22kHz tone generation, modulation and I2C device interface. The device makes the total LNB supply design simple, efficient and compact with low external component count.

  • intersil HSP45106/883 handbook

This product is a high-performance 16-bit quadrature numerically controlled oscillator (NCO16) that simplifies applications requiring frequency and phase agility such as frequency-hopped modems, PSK modems, spread spectrum communications, and precision signal generators.

  • intersil HS-26CT32RH-T handbook

HS-26CT32RH-T is a Quad Differential Line Receiver produced by Intersil. It is of QML Class T and has been fully tested. It can work normally under a total dose of 100kRAD.
