FAIRCHILD FSTD16861 20-Bit Bus Switch with Level Shifting handbook
The FSTD16861 is a product that provides 20 bits of high-speed CMOS TTL-compatible bus switching with level shifting capabilities. It has a low On Resistance, allowing inputs to be connected to outputs without adding propagation delay or generating additional ground bounce noise. The device also includes a diode to VCC for level shifting between 5V inputs and 3.3V outputs. It can be used as a 10-bit or 20-bit bus switch.
FAIRCHILD FSTD3125 handbook
The FSTD3125 is a 4-bit bus switch with level shifting capability. It features a 4Ω switch connection, minimal propagation delay, low ICC, zero bounce, and control inputs compatible with TTL level. It allows voltage translation from 5.0V inputs to 3.3V outputs.
FAIRCHILD FSTU32160 16-Bit to 32-Bit Multiplexer/Demultiplexer Bus Switch with -2V Undershoot Protection handbook
The Fairchild Switch FSTU32160 is a 16-bit to 32-bit high-speed CMOS TTL-compatible multiplexer/demultiplexer bus switch. The low on resistance of the switch allows inputs to be connected to outputs without adding propagation delay or generating additional ground bounce noise. The device can be used in applications where two buses need to be addressed simultaneously. The FSTU32160 is designed so that the A Port demultiplexes into B1 or B2 or both. The A and B Ports have “undershoot hardened” circuit protection to support an extended range to 2.0V below ground. Fairchild’s integrated Undershoot Hardened Circuit (UHC®) senses undershoot at the I/O’s, and responds by preventing voltage differentials from developing and turning on the switch. Two select (S1, S2) inputs provide switch enable control. When S1, S2 are HIGH, the device precharges the B Port to a selectable bias voltage (Bias V) to minimize live insertion noise.
FAIRCHILD NC7SB3257 2:1 Multiplexer/Demultiplexer Bus Switch handbook
NC7SB3257 is a 2:1 NMOS passgate multiplexer/demultiplexer produced by Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation. The device is fabricated with advanced sub-micron CMOS technology to achieve high speed enable and disable times and low On Resistance. The device is specified to operate over the 4.0 to 5.5V VCC operating range. The control input tolerates voltages up to 5.5V independent of the VCC operating range.
FAIRCHILD NC7SZ384 1-Bit Low Power Bus Switch handbook
The NC7SZ384 is a 1-bit ultra high-speed CMOS TTL-compatible bus switch with features such as low resistance, minimal propagation delay, and zero bounce.
FAIRCHILD NC7SZD384 1-Bit Low Power Bus Switch with Level Shifting handbook
The NC7SZD384 is a low power, 1-bit TTL compatible bus switch with 5V to 3.3V level shifting capability.
FAIRCHILD NC7WB3125 2-Bit Low Power Bus Switch handbook
The NC7WB3125 is a 2-bit ultra high-speed CMOS FET bus switch with TTL-compatible active LOW control inputs. The low On Resistance of the switch allows inputs to be connected to outputs with minimal propagation delay and without generating additional ground bounce noise. The device is organized as a 2-bit switch with independent bus enable (OE) controls. When OE is LOW, the switch is ON and Port A is connected to Port B. When OE is HIGH, the switch is OPEN and a high-impedance state exists between the two ports. Control inputs tolerate voltages up to 5.5V independent of VCC.

FAIRCHILD FAN6751 Highly Integrated Green-Mode PWM Controller handbook
FAN6751 is a highly integrated PWM controller produced by Fairchild Semiconductor. It has multiple features to enhance the performance of LCDM/TV, NB and adapters. The green-mode function includes off-time modulation and burst mode to reduce the PWM frequency at light-load and in no-load conditions. To avoid acoustic noise problems, the minimum PWM frequency is set above 18KHz. This green-mode function enables the power supply to meet international power conservation requirements. With the internal high-voltage startup circuitry, the power loss due to bleeding resistors is also eliminated. Built-in synchronized slope compensation achieves stable peak-current-mode control. The proprietary external line compensation ensures constant output power limit over a wide AC input voltage range, from 90VAC to 264VAC. FAN6751 provides many protection functions, as shown in Table 1. In addition to cycle-by-cycle current limiting, the internal open-loop protection circuit ensures safety should an open-loop or output short-circuit failure occur.
FAIRCHILD FAN6300/A/H Highly Integrated Quasi-Resonant PWM Controller handbook
This application note describes a detailed design strategy for higher-power conversion efficiency and better EMI using a Quasi-Resonant PWM controller compared to the conventional, hard-switched converter with a fixed switching frequency. Based on the proposed design guideline, a design example with detailed parameters demonstrates the performance of the controller.
FAIRCHILD FAN6204 - Synchronous Rectification Controller for Flyback Forward Freewheeling Rectification handbook

FAIRCHILD Design Guideline to Replace SG6742 with FAN6754A handbook
This application note introduces the design guidelines for the FAN6754A PWM controller, which features green mode, frequency hopping, constant power limit, and various protection functions. The power supply can meet stringent standby power regulations by maximizing light-load efficiency, and frequency hopping reduces electromagnetic emission. The constant-power-limit function minimizes component stress in abnormal conditions, and integrated protection functions improve reliability without increasing system cost. This application note explains how to replace the SG6742 PWM controller with the FAN6754A and provides a summary of the differences between the two devices.

FAN6754 is a PWM controller introduced by Fairchild company. It has green mode, frequency hopping, constant power limit and other functions, which can meet stringent standby power regulations. This application note explains how to use FAN6754 to replace SG6742. Although the pin configuration of the two devices is the same, FAN6754 has higher efficiency and better performance, so some external components need to be replaced when replaced.
