The ADCMP341/ADCMP343 are two low power, high accuracy comparators with a 400 mV reference in an 8-lead SOT-23 package. Operating within a supply range of 1.7 V to 5.5 V, the devices only draw 6.5 μA (typical), making them ideal for low voltage system monitoring.

Both devices feature 50ps delay dispersion and are suitable for high-speed triggers, high-speed line receivers, threshold detectors, window comparators, and peak detectors.

AD790 is a fast (45 ns), precise voltage comparator from Analog Devices (ADI). It has a number of features that make it exceptionally versatile and easy to use. The AD790 may operate from either a single 5 V supply or a dual ±15 V supply. In the single-supply mode, the AD790's inputs may be referred to ground, a feature not found in other comparators. In the dual-supply mode it has the unique ability of handling a maximum differential voltage of 15 V across its input terminals, easing their interfacing to large amplitude and dynamic signals. This device is fabricated using Analog Devices' processes and offers high performance, low power consumption, and low noise.

ADCMP580/ADCMP581/ADCMP582 are ultrafast SiGe voltage comparators from Analog Devices. These comparators offer 180ps propagation delay, 25ps overdrive and slew rate dispersion, 8GHz equivalent input rise time bandwidth, 100ps minimum pulse width, 37ps typical output rise/fall, 10ps deterministic jitter (DJ), 200fs random jitter (RJ), -2V to +3V input range with +5V/-5V supplies, on-chip terminations at both input pins, resistor-programmable hysteresis, differential latch control and >70dB power supply rejection.
