The AD7674 is a 18-bit, 2.5 LSB INL, 800 kSPS SAR ADC that provides high speed 800 kSPS sampling and up to 103 dB of dynamic range in a single 5 V supply operation. The AD7674 also features a pin-to-pin compatible upgrade of AD7676, AD7678, and AD7679 for applications requiring 18-bit resolution and 800 kSPS sampling.

The AD9858 is a direct digital synthesizer (DDS) featuring a 10-bit DAC output. It has an internal clock speed of 1 GSPS and supports up to a 2 GHz input clock (selectable divide-by-2). The device integrates a 10-bit D/A converter and has a phase noise of less than 145 dBc/Hz @ 1 kHz offset. The output frequency is 100 MHz (DAC output) and it has a 32-bit programmable frequency register. It supports a simplified 8-bit parallel and SPI serial control interface and has automatic frequency sweeping capability. AD623 is a single-supply, rail-to-rail, low-cost instrumentation amplifier. It is easy to use and offers higher performance than discrete designs. It can operate on single or dual supplies and provides rail-to-rail output swing. The input voltage range extends 150 mV below ground for single supply operation. It has low power consumption with a maximum supply current of 550 μA. The gain can be set with one external resistor and the gain range is from 1 (no resistor) to 1000. It offers high accuracy DC performance with a gain accuracy of 0.10% (G = 1) and 0.35% (G > 1), and a maximum gain drift of 10 ppm (G = 1). The input offset voltage is maximum 200 μV (AD623A) with a maximum input offset drift of 2 μV/°C (AD623A). For AD623B, the maximum input offset voltage is 100 μV with a maximum input offset drift of 1 μV/°C. The maximum input bias current is 25 nA. The noise is 35 nV/√Hz RTI noise @ 1 kHz (G = 1). It also provides excellent AC performance with a minimum CMRR of 90 dB (G = 10) and 70 dB (G = 1) at 60 Hz.

The AD7804/AD7808 are quad/octal 10-bit digital-to-analog converters, with serial load capabilities, while the AD7805/AD7809 are quad/octal 10-bit digital-to-analog converters with parallel load capabilities. These parts operate from a +3.3 V to +5 V (±10%) power supply and incorporates an on-chip reference. These DACs provide output signals in the form of VBIAS ± VSWING. VSWING is derived internally from VBIAS. On-chip control registers include a system control register and channel control registers. The system control register has control over all DACs in the package. The channel control registers allow individual control of DACs. The complete transfer function of each individual DAC can be shifted around the VBIAS point using an on-chip Sub DAC. All DACs contain double buffered data inputs, which allow all analog outputs to be simultaneously updated using the asynchronous LDAC input.
