This document is the datasheet of AD9240. It introduces the characteristics of AD9240, such as 14-bit, 10msps, single power supply.

AD8556 is a digitally programmable sensor signal amplifier with EMI filters from Analog Devices (ADI). It has a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +140°C, low input offset voltage, low input offset voltage drift, high CMRR, and can be programmed via a single-wire serial interface. It is suitable for applications such as automotive sensors, pressure and position sensors, precision current sensing and strain gauges.

AD823 is a single-supply, 16MHz, rail-to-rail FET input amplifier produced by Analog Devices, with a power supply voltage range from 3V to 36V, an output voltage range from ground to supply voltage, a 500pF output capacitance load capability, an output current of 15mA, an output voltage swing of 16MHz, a low distortion of -108dBc, a low noise of 16nV/√Hz, and no phase inversion, which can be applied to battery-powered precision instruments, photodiode preamplifiers, active filters, 12-bit to 16-bit data acquisition systems, and medical devices.

The ADL5500 is a mean-responding power detector for use in high frequency receiver and transmitter signal chains from 100 MHz to 6 GHz. It features true rms response, excellent temperature stability, and high input dynamic range.

The AD7904/AD7914/AD7924 are respectively, 8-bit, 10-bit, and 12-bit, high speed, low power, 4-channel, successive-approximation ADCs. The parts operate from a single 2.7 V to 5.25 V power supply and feature throughput rates up to 1 MSPS. The AD7904/AD7914/AD7924 feature flexible power/serial clock speed management, no pipeline delays, up to 70 dB SNR, SPI/QSPI/MICROWIRE/DSP compatible high speed serial interface, and 0.5 µA maximum shutdown mode.

The AD2S1200 is a complete 12-bit resolution tracking resolver-to-digital converter, integrating an on-board programmable sinusoidal oscillator that provides sine wave excitation for resolvers. An external 8.192 MHz crystal is required to provide clock to the oscillator.

The AD603 is a low noise, voltage controlled amplifier for use in RF and IF AGC systems. It provides accurate, pin-selectable gains of −11 dB to +31 dB with a bandwidth of 90 MHz or +9 dB to 51+ dB with a bandwidth of 9 MHz. Any intermediate gain range may be arranged using one external resistor. The input referred noise spectral density is only 1.3 nV/√Hz, lower than any other similar product.

The AD7398/AD7399 is a 12-bit/10-bit, serial-input quad DAC designed to operate from a single or dual power supply.

AD9221/AD9223/AD9220 are complete 12-bit 1.5/3.0/10.0 MSPS monolithic A/D converters with low power, low noise, high accuracy and high dynamic range.

AD5410/AD5420 is a single-channel, 12-/16-bit, serial input, 4 mA to 20 mA current source DAC. It features 12-/16-bit resolution and monotonicity, current output ranges of 4 mA to 20 mA, 0 mA to 20 mA, or 0 mA to 24 mA, flexible serial digital interface, on-chip output fault detection, and on-chip reference voltage.

The AD600/AD602 are dual channel, low noise, variable gain amplifiers. The AD600 has a gain range of 0 to 40 dB and the AD602 has a gain range of -10 to 30 dB. They feature accurate absolute gain, low input noise, low distortion, high bandwidth, stable group delay and low power.

The ADR390/ADR391/ADR392/ADR395 are Micropower, Low Noise Precision Voltage References with Shutdown from Analog Devices.

The AD7237A/AD7247A is a dual 12-bit DAC on a single chip. It features two 12-bit CMOS DACs, on-chip voltage reference, output amplifiers and reference buffer amplifiers. It supports 12V to 15V operation, single or dual supply operation, and has a low power consumption of 165mW. It supports 8-bit or 16-bit parallel interface
