The ADF4252 is a dual fractional-N/integer-N frequency synthesizer from Analog Devices. It operates from a 2.7V to 3.3V supply voltage and features a programmable dual modulus prescaler, programmable charge pump currents, a 3-wire serial interface, digital lock detection, a power-down mode, and a programmable modulus on the fractional-N synthesizer. ADF4252 can be widely used in mobile radio base stations (GSM, PCS, DCS, CDMA, WCDMA), wireless handsets (GSM, PCS, DCS, CDMA, WCDMA), wireless LANs, communications test equipment, and CATV equipment.
