The ADF4360-2 is a fully integrated integer-N synthesizer and voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) designed for a center frequency of 2000 MHz. In addition, a divide-by-2 option is available, whereby the user gets an RF output of between 925 MHz and 1085 MHz. Control of all the on-chip registers is through a simple 3-wire interface.

The ADF4007 is a high frequency divider/PLL synthesizer that can be used in a variety of communications applications. It can operate to 7.5 GHz on the RF side and to 120 MHz at the PFD. It consists of a low noise digital PFD (phase frequency detector), a precision charge pump, and a divider/prescaler. The ADF4157 is a 6 GHz fractional-N frequency synthesizer with a 25-bit fixed modulus, allowing subhertz frequency resolution at 6 GHz. It features a wide RF bandwidth, programmable charge pump currents, and is suitable for applications such as satellite communications terminals, radar equipment, instrumentation equipment, and personal mobile radio (PMR).
