Holtek HT46R32/HT46R34 A/D Type 8-Bit OTP MCU Datasheet
The HT46R32 and HT46R34 are high-performance, RISC architecture microcontroller devices designed for interfacing with analog signals. They feature a fully integrated 12-bit resolution A/D converter and an internal operational amplifier or comparator selectable via configuration options.
These devices operate at frequencies up to 8MHz and include features such as dual 8-bit PWM outputs, watchdog timers, and low-power consumption modes. The microcontrollers are available in 28-pin SKDIP/SOP/SSOP packages and support operating voltages ranging from 2.2V to 5.5V depending on the clock frequency.
