HLPLANAR TSEM 0108-L Thermopile System Manual
The TSEM 0108-L is a linear‑array thermopile system that converts incoming heat radiation into a voltage proportional to object temperature. An 8‑element chip with an integrated silicon lens provides eight separate fields of view, and a built‑in multiplexer routes selected pixels to a microcontroller that calculates temperature and outputs it via a digital I°C interface.
The system is suited for home appliances, medical skin‑temperature measurement, automotive air‑conditioning, and security presence detection. It offers a compact size, low cost, and low vibration sensitivity, with detailed specifications listed below.
