Advanced Monolithic Systems AMS1117 Low Dropout Voltage Regulator Datasheet
The AMS1117 series are three‑terminal adjustable or fixed low‑dropout voltage regulators capable of delivering up to 1 A output current with a maximum dropout of 1.3 V. They are pin‑compatible with older three‑terminal regulators and are offered in SOT‑223, TO‑252 (DPAK) and 8‑lead SOIC packages.
