About this manual

The ZLAN9153 fiber‑optic serial server, developed by Shanghai Zhuolan Information Technology Co., provides transparent RS232/RS485/RS422 data transmission over single‑mode SC fiber. It supports full‑duplex, high‑speed data forwarding, TCP/UDP communication, and includes a built‑in web server for configuration.

The device is available in two sub‑models (ZLAN9153‑3 A‑end and ZLAN9153‑5 B‑end) that must be paired oppositely for link mode. It can be used singly with a fiber‑to‑Ethernet converter or in a paired configuration to extend serial links up to 20 km. Configuration is performed via the free ZLVircom Windows tool, either over the network or through a direct serial connection. This manual is written in Chinese.
