Quick reference instructions for priming, loading, programming and operating the ZEVEX disposable set and pump.
These quick reference instructions show how to prime and load the disposable set, including removing protective covers, inserting the spike, and squeezing the bag to remove air from the tubing. After the set is prepared, the cassette is seated in the pump and the pump door is closed.
The guide also explains how to program and run the pump: turn the pump on, set the rate and dose, optionally set a feeding interval, and start or pause the pump. The pump can be stopped by pressing the ON/OFF key for 1.5 seconds.
Turn the bag upside down, gently squeeze it, and pinch the teal‑colored tubing until air is removed, then loop the tubing around the pump wheel and seat the cassette.
Press and hold the ON/OFF key for 1.5 seconds to turn the pump on, then press the RUN/PAUSE key to begin feeding.
