This manual describes the XLSEMI XL6019 DEMO board, a DC-DC converter demonstration board for the XL6019 chip, including schematics, BOM, and layout guidelines.
The XL6019 DEMO board is designed for the XL6019 switch-mode boost/buck-boost DC-DC converter chip. It supports an input voltage range of DC10V to 22V and provides a 24V output with a maximum current of 1.3A. The board achieves a maximum conversion efficiency of over 95% and uses a fixed switching frequency of 180KHz to minimize external component size. The chip features built-in protection modules including over-current, over-temperature, and SW over-voltage protection. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Input Voltage | DC10~22V |
|---|---|
| Max Output Current | 1.3A |
| Max Efficiency | >95% |
| Switching Frequency | 180KHz |
| Max Output Voltage Support | 60V |
| Package | TO263-5L |
The EN pin is the enable pin; it shuts down at low level and works at high level, defaulting to high level if left floating.
The chip includes over-current protection, over-temperature protection, and SW over-voltage protection.
Power lines should be thick, short, and straight; the feedback trace should be kept away from inductors and Schottky diodes; input capacitors should be placed near the VIN and GND pins.
