The ALM indicator lights when an over‑temperature alarm occurs; the buzzer sounds continuously for a serious over‑temperature condition.
A “----” on the upper display line indicates a temperature sensor or controller fault; check the sensor wiring and replace the sensor or controller as needed.
After the run ends, long‑press the “Shift/Run” key for about 3 seconds to restart the timer.
