The SYOCR V7.0 Container Number Recognition System User Manual describes system architecture, hardware components, installation, configuration, debugging…
The SYOCR Container Number Recognition System automatically captures and reads container numbers and type codes using infrared sensors, industrial digital cameras, and flash units. The hardware includes four cameras, four flash units, four infrared sensor pairs, a controller box, and an industrial PC, while the software provides image acquisition, OCR processing, and data transmission.
This manual covers the system’s working principle, hardware and software composition, site‑environment requirements, step‑by‑step installation and wiring, device debugging (camera, flash, sensor adjustments), and routine maintenance and troubleshooting guidance. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Camera image resolution | 1024×768 |
|---|---|
| Camera power consumption | AC220V/0.5A |
| Flash GN (guide number) | GN38 |
| I/O card relay outputs | 8 relay output channels |
Each system includes four industrial digital cameras.
The system can achieve a container number recognition rate of over 98%.
The flash operates on 220 VAC and draws up to 2 A instantaneous current.
