High‑speed PCIe data acquisition card with 500 MSPS sampling, 14‑bit resolution and two analog inputs for measurement and control applications.
The ZFD50014E is a PCIe data acquisition card featuring a Xilinx 7‑series FPGA for high‑speed sampling and digital signal processing. It provides two analog input channels, each with 50 Ω impedance matching, 1 V peak‑to‑peak voltage range, and a 500 MHz bandwidth.
The card includes SMA trigger ports, a USB interface, and a set of GPIO pins. Installation is performed by inserting the card into a PCIe x8 or x16 slot, and software configuration allows selection of internal or external trigger modes, sampling parameters, and data saving options. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Sampling rate | 500 MSPS |
|---|---|
| Resolution | 14‑bit |
| Input bandwidth (3 dB) | 500 MHz |
| Input impedance | 50 Ω |
| Maximum input voltage (peak‑to‑peak) | 1 V |
| Card dimensions | 198 mm × 126 mm |
Power off the computer, insert the card into a PCIe x8 or x16 slot, then power the computer back on.
The card supports internal trigger (mode 0) and external trigger (mode 1).
It complies with GB/T2423.1, GB/T2423.2 temperature ranges, IEC60068‑2‑56 humidity requirements, and GB4343.2 electromagnetic compatibility standards.
