The Spectrex 20/20MPI is a compact, lightweight, high-performance IR3 flame detector designed for indoor applications such as transport terminals, storage areas, industrial kitchens, and historical sites. It features long-distance flame detection up to 140 feet (43 meters) and offers the highest immunity to false alarms among its class.
The device provides two output options: alarm and fault relay outputs (4 wire) or stepped mA output (3 wire source). It is RS-485 Modbus compatible and includes automatic and manual built-in tests (BIT). The unit operates within a temperature range of -40°F to +160°F and features a field of view of 100° horizontal and 90° vertical.
