Run the appropriate Spike Installer (x64).msi or (x86).msi with administrator rights; the installer also installs the BB and SM series drivers automatically.
Locate the Drivers64bit.exe (or Drivers32bit.exe for 32‑bit Windows) in the Spike application folder and run it as administrator; you can also install via Windows Device Manager if needed.
