This guide explains how to apply for, install, verify, and troubleshoot the dedicated digital certificates for the Shanghai Stock Exchange TDGW trading gateway.
The Service Guide provides detailed procedures for obtaining and using the dedicated digital certificates required by the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading gateway (TDGW). It covers online application, review, certificate issuance, installation, verification, and handling of exceptions.
Key steps include submitting an online application through the SSE CA portal, obtaining both an EKey (national algorithm) and a file (RSA) certificate, installing the appropriate management tools, and verifying the certificate before enabling the gateway. Support contacts and troubleshooting instructions are also included. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Number of certificates per gateway | Two (EKey and RSA) |
|---|---|
| Certificate types | EKey (national algorithm) and file certificate (RSA) |
| Supported trading types | Options and bond trading |
Log in to the Shanghai Stock Exchange CA center, select the “I want to apply” section, and choose to apply for both the EKey and file certificates, then upload the required documents.
If the password is entered incorrectly six times, the EKey certificate will be locked; you must follow the EKey certificate unlock process as described by the SSE CA center.
Each trading gateway requires two dedicated digital certificates: one EKey certificate and one RSA file certificate.
