This document introduces the RIGOL DS1000Z series digital oscilloscopes, featuring bandwidths up to 100 MHz, 4 analog channels, and optional 16 digital…
The RIGOL DS1000Z series is a high-performance, cost-effective digital oscilloscope designed for design, debugging, and educational applications. The series offers four analog channels with bandwidths of 50 MHz, 70 MHz, or 100 MHz, and a real-time sampling rate up to 1 GSa/s. It features standard storage depth of 24 Mpts and a waveform capture rate of 30,000 wfms/s.
Key highlights include RIGOL's proprietary UltraVision technology for deep storage and gray-scale display, rich triggering and bus decoding functions supporting RS232, UART, I2C, and SPI. The series also includes built-in 25 MHz dual-channel function/arbitrary waveform generators on specific models (DS1XX4Z-S Plus) and comes with standard PVP3150 passive probes. This manual is written in Chinese.
