About this manual

The Rainbow 180 Protein Marker contains ten colored, pre‑stained protein standards covering a molecular weight range of 11 kDa‑180 kDa. Each band contains about 0.2‑0.4 mg/ml of protein and is designed for clear visualization on SDS‑PAGE gels and transferred membranes.

The marker is supplied as a ready‑to‑use liquid; 5 µl per lane is sufficient for clear band detection. Store the solution at –20 °C (stable for at least two years) and keep it at 4 °C if ice forms. Use a 15 % separating gel for optimal resolution of bands below 25 kDa. This manual is written in Chinese.
