The Model 910 is a bench‑top ESD discharge simulator with adjustable ±5 V‑8 kV range, dual polarity supply and optional CDM module.
The Model 910 ESD Discharge Simulator is a bench‑top system for laboratory and low‑pin‑count production testing. It provides a fully adjustable dual‑polarity power supply from ±5 V to 8 kV, manual and automatic test modes, and plug‑in R/C networks for Human Body Model (HBM) and Machine Model (MM) testing. Optional accessories include a Charged Device Model (CDM) module and programmable socket modules for various device packages.
The device meets MIL STD 883E, ESDA STM 5.1/5.2, IEEE CC62.38 and other standards. It features a mercury‑displacement HV relay, 3½‑digit LED voltage display, and a range of safety and control options such as remote discharge control via 5 V logic.
