About this manual

The MMS 6210 is a dual‑channel shaft displacement/expansion measurement module. It accepts two independent eddy‑current sensor inputs and provides configurable current (0‑20 mA or 4‑20 mA) and voltage (0‑10 V) outputs for each channel. The module also supplies sensor power and includes alarm, status and channel‑normal indicators.

The manual describes the module’s operating principle, wiring diagrams, signal input and output definitions, limit monitoring, alarm output configuration, status monitoring, and detailed configuration parameters. It also explains how to set alarm multiplier factors, channel settings, and how to use the configuration software for module setup. This manual is written in Chinese.

Frequently asked questions

Which eddy‑current sensors are compatible with the MMS 6210?

The module is matched to German epro PR642X series eddy‑current sensors and their pre‑amplifiers, but other similar sensors from different manufacturers can also be used.

How can the alarm multiplier factor X be set?

Activate the limit‑value multiplier function in the software and set the multiplier X between 1.00 and 5.00; the setting also affects alarm and danger thresholds.
