About this manual

Metacaulk Putty is a single‑component, expandable fire‑stop material that seals cable, conduit, junction boxes and equipment enclosures. When exposed to heat it expands into a charred, insulating mass, preventing flame, smoke, gas and water from passing through openings.

The product contains no volatile organic solvents or lime filler and can be applied by hand without mixing. Install putty sticks into holes or press putty pads against surfaces; a thickness of 1/8 in provides 1‑2 hour fire protection. Store between –18 °C and 48 °C and keep the material dry. This manual is written in Chinese.
