LTS HIMIS is a cloud‑based hotel multimedia system that integrates TV, computers, networking, media, shopping and guest services.
The HIMIS (Hotel Intelligent Multimedia Information System) combines digital TV, high‑definition video, wireless networking, computer access, multilingual support for 17 languages, and integrated shopping and advertising features. It uses embedded, disk‑less computers to protect guest privacy and offers cloud‑based management for multiple hotels.
The system architecture includes a central headquarters, cloud data center, hotel servers, and room devices, with redundant servers and remote backup to ensure continuous operation. Digital signage and interactive advertising are also supported, allowing hotels to display custom content across various locations. This manual is written in Chinese.
